  • গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকার কর্তৃক বিনামূল্যে সরবরাহকৃ পাঠ্যপুস্তক সংগ্রহ করে জেলা ও মাঠ পর্যায়ে সু-শৃঙ্খলভাবে বিতরণ এবং প্রতিষ্ঠানের চাহিদা সংগ্রহ করে পরবর্তী বছরের সরবরাহের জন্য কর্তৃপক্ষের নিকট প্রেরণ
  • জাতীয় দিবসসহ সরকারি নির্দেশনা মোতাবেক অন্যান্য দিবস সমূহ যথাযোগ্য মর্যাদায় উদযাপন।
  • জেলায় কর্মরত শিক্ষকদের প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান।
  • আইসিটি ও ভাষা ল্যাবসমূহ যথাযথভাবে সংরক্ষণ ও ব্যবহার নিশ্চিতকরণ।
  • কৃতিভিত্তিক ব্যবস্থাপনা পদ্ধতির ব্যবহার।
  • ধারাবাহিক মূল্যায়নের ব্যবহার।
  • জেন্ডার সমতা আনয়ন।
  • ঝরে পড়া রোধ।
  • কারিগরি ও বিজ্ঞান শিক্ষায় শিক্ষার্থীদের আগ্রহী করা।
  • বছরের শুরুতে মাউশি নির্ধারিত ইএমআইএস সেলে আইএমএস মডিউল তথ্য হালনাগাদ করণ।
  • প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রধান কর্তৃক মাউশি নির্ধারিত প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক স্ব-মূল্যায়ন ছক যথাযথভাবে পূরণ করে নিজের প্রতিষ্ঠানের ক্যাটাগরি সম্পর্কে ধারণা লাভ।
  • ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশ বিনির্মাণে ও তথ্য প্রযুক্তির ব্যবহার সম্পর্কে শিক্ষকদের প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান ও এর যথাযথ ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে শ্রেণি কক্ষে মাল্টিমিডিয়া ক্লাসরুমের ব্যবহার নিশ্চিত করা।
  • সঠিক সময়ে অনলাইন-এর মাধ্যমে এমপিও প্রত্যাশী শিক্ষকদের ফাইল প্রেরণ।

  • To ensure the Collection of Institute wise demand and send to proper authority for next year textbook supply
  • Collection, storage & Distribution of free supply textbooks through proper channel at district and field level.
  • Celebrate the National Day on the appropriate dignity with including other days according to the government's instructions.
  • To arrange Training program for respective teachers in the district.
  • Ensuring proper use and protection of ICT and language LAB.
  • Use of Performance Based Management System of the Institute.
  • Use of Continuous Assessment of each student
  • To establish gender equity
  • Control Drop Out of student
  • Enlighten students in technical and science education.
  • Updating IMS modules information in the predefined EMIS cell at the beginning of the year.
  • Fill-up the organizational Self-Assessment Table of Statistical determined by the Head of Institution & fits in with regard to the category of its organization.
  • Ensuring the use of multimedia classrooms in the classroom while building and training the teachers about the use of digital technology and its proper use.
  • To Send Monthly Payement Order (MPO) application   for the expectant teachers through On-line  System
  • To ensure the  use of KISHOR BATAYAN & SHIKKHOK BATAYAN
